All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Please allow extra time during peak holiday seasons or special promotions.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer the following domestic shipping options:

  • Free Shipping: 3-7 business days delivery time
  • Expedited Shipping: $49.99 flat rate, 2-day delivery

Shipping options can be selected at checkout. We are shipping with USPS.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status and location of your package through the carrier’s website.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pick up, we will contact you to arrange for reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@kidstruckposters.com within 3 days of delivery. We may require photos of the damaged item and packaging to process a replacement or refund.
